We need to be more proactive and less reactive when it comes to the needs of our district. From the replacement of aged out school buses to making sure the teachers have all they need for students to excel, to the threat of vaping in our schools, all staff should have what they need to do their best work. Communication over needs with all staff and the community will help us best serve all our students. I would like to help make communication with all stakeholders a priority of the board. We have an amazing school district and I want to work hard to maintain its reputation for future generations.
